Unfortunately, I had an accident with my partner's 2019 Ioniq, and Lou-Ann was proactive and contacted us as soon as the car was declared a total loss. We did some shopping elsewhere and met her tonight. She is quick to return calls and emails. Much appreciated! This is not our first Hyundai, but owners and staff change… This time, we are confident that the service would be impeccable. Great listening to our needs, an excellent meeting.
